Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any of the services ("Services") provided by System Fix ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, booking, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

System Fix provides technical support services for printers including, but not limited to:

Brands Supported: HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, and others.

Support Areas:

  • Printer setup and configuration (wired and wireless)
  • Installation and updating of printer drivers and software
  • Troubleshooting printer errors, connectivity, and performance issues
  • Assistance with printer sharing on network
  • Resolving print spooler errors
  • Maintenance tips and basic operational training
  • Print quality troubleshooting
Note:

Major hardware repairs (such as replacing internal components), deep firmware issues, or manufacturer warranty repairs are not part of our standard service unless specifically agreed.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Process

A technician will assess your printer issue based on information provided.

Support may be delivered via:
  • Remote Access: Accessing your computer or device remotely (with your permission).
  • On-Site Visit: Sending a technician to your address (available at select locations).
  • Telephonic or Chat Support: Guidance over call or chat.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your issue, but resolution is not guaranteed, especially in cases involving severe hardware failure or third-party software conflicts.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding the printer and issue.

Maintain backup copies of all critical data and files before any service session. We are not responsible for any data loss.

Ensure physical access to your printer and related equipment if on-site service is requested.

Comply with technician instructions during remote or on-site sessions.

5. Charges, Payments, and Refunds

Service Fees: Charges are determined based on the service type and will be communicated before work begins.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, Online Payment (specific methods may vary).

Refund Policy:

No refund will be issued for services that have been fully or partially provided.

If an issue cannot be addressed and no services have been rendered, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of System Fix.

No Fix No Fee Policy: Applies only if explicitly mentioned at the time of booking. Otherwise, diagnostic

charges may apply even if full resolution is not achieved.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
  • Services will meet your expectations.
  • Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
  • All printer-related issues will be resolved.
7. Limitation of Liability

System Fix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of our Services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

8. Remote Access Authorization

When using our remote support service:

You grant permission for our technicians to remotely access your computer, network, and related systems.

You understand that remote access may involve temporary viewing or handling of sensitive data; however, System Fix will maintain confidentiality and not misuse any data.

9. Third-Party Software and Products

If our technicians assist you in downloading, installing, or configuring third-party software (like printer drivers or utilities), you acknowledge that:

We are not responsible for the functionality, licensing, or updates of third-party software.

Any disputes regarding third-party products must be resolved directly with the manufacturer.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy.

Any personal information collected during service delivery will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations.

11. Termination of Services

System Fix reserves the right to refuse or terminate services immediately if:

You engage in abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior.

You fail to comply with these Terms.

Technical circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to provide services.

In case of termination, you will be liable to pay for services rendered up to the point of termination.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

System Fix reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to the revised Terms.
